نقبل طلبات الإرجاع أو الاستبدال فقط إذا كان المنتج تالفًا عند الاستلام، أو إذا استلم العميل منتجًا مختلفًا عن الطلب

يجب على العميل تقديم طلب الإرجاع خلال 48 ساعة من استلام الطلب مع إرفاق صور واضحة للمنتج

في حال الموافقة، يتم استبدال المنتج أو استرداد المبلغ المدفوع كاملًا

لا نقبل أي طلبات إرجاع أو استرداد لأي أسباب أخرى (مثل تغيير الرأي أو عدم الرغبة في المنتج)

Returns or replacements are only accepted if the item is damaged upon delivery or if the customer receives an incorrect item.
